中国驻旧金山总领馆护照工作组于2011年10月29日在Winters House (2102 Bellevue Way S.E., Bellevue, WA 98004) 接受申请办理护照换发、旅行证、及健在证明的服务。
On October 29, 2011 the passport group from the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco will serve at Winters House (2102 Bellevue Way S.E., Bellevue, WA 98004).
为提高工作效率和方便大家安排时间，Infolage将为10月29日在Winters House的护照换发申请等工作提供注册登记以及发放排序号码，注册费用为每人10美元(注册将于10月14日开始, 10月28日晚8时截止）。我们也在现场提供照相、复印、回邮信封的服务。
In order to help people better plan for the services (passport, travel document and live notaries) on October 29, 2011 at Winters House, Infolage provides a registration and number generation service as a commitment to the Chinese community in the Northwest. The fee for the registration is $10 per person (registration starts on October 14, 2011, ends on October 28, 2011 at 8pm). We will also provide onsite passport photo, copying, and return envelope services.

Registration is solely for number generation purposes. All information collected will be kept in strict confidence.
Each family needs to complete one registration form accurately and completely in order to receive valid processing number(s).
为防止恶意的自动注册机破坏我们的工作，注册过程将分为两步，在第一步你将需要提供姓名和一个有效的电子邮件地址，我们再通过电子邮件提供注册第二步的链接。
In order to prevent abuse of the registration site by spam/robot registration, we will implement a two-step registration process. The first step requires you to provide a name and a valid email address to receive a link to complete the second step of registration.
